The first session is a free consult, and will be a 'meet and greet'. We will spend 20 minutes to get to know each other better, and see if we're a good fit to work through your goals together.
You can ask me any question about my coaching method and I will give you a bit of background about myself and how I work with my clients. We will discuss the fee and package options.

The best way to contact me is by using the email form on the 'contact me' page. I try to respond to messages as quickly as possible, usually within a day or two at the latest.
The average session length is 60 minutes. That said, many clients enjoy having longer sessions multiple times a week. During the free consultation, we can discuss session length based on your needs.
I do not accept insurance at this time.
I will always accomodate any rescheduling/cancellation requests. I do ask that if you need to reschedule/cancel your session to notify me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. If I do not hear from you, you will be billed for the missed session.
